Coincidentally to this prompt popping back up this morning, I heard some awful news yesterday about a situation that possibly could have been avoided had others not kept silent. They are having to manage their way through a terrible situation, and a life is in ruins as a result.

My dad, also known to the world as my father, is 80 today. Cape Cod, here we come! Here is a little birthday card I published a couple days ago.
