Very unlikely but why not? Day 28- 4 mile speedwork. My goal was to see how fast I am currently able to run an 800. I did a mile warm up and then set out on my first 800. I did two with a mile recovery and a mile cool down. My average 800 time was 3 minutes 51 seconds. This is 6 seconds off where it absolutely has to be to even have a chance. Also, I need to be able to do way more than two.
