Thursday, September 19, 2013. Perhaps, but true, none the less. Other than insomnia, things around the Hughestead are going pretty well. Avarie is still the sweetest, cutest, most curious, sassiest, doll face I ever did meet. I often catch myself just staring at her while she plays and wondering how on earth something so adorable could have fallen into my lap. Her non-sleeping nap times are filled with lots of story read.

The adventures and misadventures of Kristy, Tristan and Mason Moore. We planted a new bulb this spring that neither of us had heard about. The Tigridia flower is a very beautiful flower and we have them in red and yellow combinations. Mason has also taking to crawling up stairs. He is pretty good although someone needs to be with him since he turns and tries to go down hands first! Hopefully after the 20th we will be finished with the helmet.

Saturday, May 27, 2017. When we arrived at the hospital, we waited. I felt this confirmation in my heart that this boy. and his first mom just needed time. That peace and confidence was all I needed and we waited some more. He laughs easily, smiles easily, and is just happy to be around people.

Here we are with all the special gifts we picked out. Here we are bundling Asher up so he could go and throw some magic Reindeer food on the grass. We had dozens of homemade cookies, but Asher was very specific that he wanted to leave out the Christmas Oreos for Santa.
