Cupcake baking, coffee drinking, attorney. Minions, Minions, Minions! 17 June, 2015. I was very fortunate to have a very long weekend, which meant that I could get my baking on. I love Minions and was very excited when I was asked to bake a Minion cake for a one year old boy. I spent my Friday baking a vanilla buttercream Minion cake for the Saturday. I really had such fun with making both the cake and the toppers.
