After an awful year - ill health mainly - I have had to give up my allotments, as I could not maintain them sufficiently to keep both the Allotment Society and my neighbouring plotholders happy. They also stated " Posted by thedroolingvegetable under Uncategorized. Ah, the new year. A time for contemplation, setting of targets, new goals to aspire to. A time too for review and change. Dear reader, I couldnt quite pull my finger out and summon up the energy to tap out a few words about the vegetables that happened to be on my mind at the time. Friday, September 11, 2009. An old steam train but refurbished into a very quaint automobile made this short trip very disneyland-like. The sunflower field along the Furano-Narafurano route. This station only operates during the two summer months, June and July. The wheat plants created a golden hue for the rainbow field. And a sea of white.
