My biggest complaint about cauliflowers is their lack of color rather than their taste, and roasting it gives them a nice golden color and delicious flavor. From Epicurious, replacing the olives and capers with paprika and cumin. This woud definitely please your vegetarian and vegan friends.

They also stated " My friends family cottage is pretty ancient, i. outhouses, just got electricity, you know the deal.
