Two months ago a Washington County road grader slashed our phone line in numerous places. To restore service, a technician draped 3,500 ft. of cable down the ditch, across the dirt road, through the pasture, and into our backyard.

I recently had the pleasure of spending 3 glorious weeks in my hometown of San Diego. I decided to get my summer vacation started by driving 330 miles with my dog, my toddler, and my infant. I hate that place, with all its palm trees and people.
