This would be my final blog post. After this, no more. This is not a post containing rants or whatsoever.

A blog too hot to handle. These are few things that I have learned from making my blog. Blogging requires a wide range of knowledge. Blogging is a venue for you to voice out your opinions. Maybe this one would not be agreed upon by everyone. But from my experience, I totally agree to it.

N To restore to useful life, as through therapy and education or To restore to good condition, operation, or capacity. This started as a requirement but it got into me. I actually liked doing it. I would go out and experience something, and would think. I would totally blog this. And so it has come to this. I hope that you picked up a few things during our stay, that you learned as much about OrCom and Social Media as I did.

If we take a look at the word hyperspecialization, it is a very big word. In the definition provided by an article in the Harvard Business Review, hyperspecialization. Is the breaking of work previously done by one person into more specialized pieces done by several people. My take on this is that we multi-task but at the same time, we delegate smaller and more specific tasks to other people.
