After giving my arm a rest for the last couple of days, it feels back to normal. I went to the gym to do my deads and pullups, and then came home to do MV02. No pain at all in the arm. Thursday, March 17, 2011. Over the Lava and Under the Sea! Hawaii one word that stirs many thoughts of beaches, Sand, Sun, 82 degree weather, swaying palm trees, surfing and amazing sunsets. When I think of Hawaii I do think of all those things but for me to see Hawaii I was searching for a side that few see. My Hawaii trip started like many journeys do, staring out the little window of the plane seeing blue skies, fluffy clouds and the sea below. You have never been to Hawaii it is beautiful but for me .
