Or trying to make sense out of life one blog post at a time. So my time is pretty stretched thin. But I think to help me consolidate my blogging and research and studying is to transform this blog into an on-going thinking and research blog.

Tuesday, 4 February 2014. Big Day in a Small Town. I am settling into this countrified small town life. And I am in love with it. After reading, I wandered up town, did some errands, then dropped in to see my mum at the Maleny Artists Pop Up Gallery. There is a lot of new work in there since last time I visited.

Being confronted with adversity in your life is inevitable. Just keep in mind that it does not have to defeat you. Adversity is often short lived. Giving up is what makes it permanent. As a certified fitness professional, this blog is my way of helping you feel capable of anything. Pfftt, sure you can. What IS Capable Fitness? It means asking your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

The island of Lesvos in the north eastern Aegean. For me, February was a particularly horrendous month. However, I got through it. How, eludes me! March was better and so was April. There were trips to the Peloponnese. In March we went to Milos. We travelled a little further afield in autumn and went to Mytileni on the island of Lesbos.
