So, today is June 1. The official move countdown has begun, for me. In just 30 days we will be in our new home. It is the move Jason and I have been toying with, and talking about for years. It is the move we both have wanted for so long. The kids seem to be dealing with it pretty well for the moment, so that allows me a sigh of relief. I know it will be bumpy and a learning curve for them as well.

Its not like Im letting her juggle knives. July 18, 2013. So there are times when I get soapboxy about how people view autism andor people with it. My last post was one of those times but I wasnt able to finish. I was trying to touch on what sensory processing and integration is to lead into how sensory dysfunction is the root of all things spectrum. Part of me wishes I could elaborate more but the other part of me is glad this is a blog and that I can be a bit more concise . A behavior if it stems.PARSED CONTENT

Wednesday, February 9, 2011. What did I do before I had the Fisher Price newborn rock and play cradle. Sleeps so good in it I wish I knew about it sooner. I used it for the first time yesterday and she fell right to sleep. I was able to cook dinner without holding her the whole time.
