In an effort to enhance his environments, Ronald has traveled nationwide daring audiences of all ages to lead, achieve, succeed, and serve. In 2009, Ronald founded Dare II. Lead Leadership Facilitation Company and to date has trained, coached, and mentored facilitators, presenters, educators, and students to propel our next generation of leaders into their purpose. Ronald currently serves as a consultant, motivational speaker, youth mentor, and a catalyst for change.
