Going with the Ebbs and Flows! Apparently my new elderly friend suffers from dementia and her daughter just moved her to the retirement home not to far from the plaza. She was told not to leave the home but she apparently left on her own. So the address she gave me was her old address. The whole time several thoughts went through my head.
