In June, my partner and I spent a weekend at a beachfront cabin on Galiano Island. The Gulf Islands are awesome, because they are all fairly close to Vancouver but far enough away that you are able to completely forget about city life while you are there. Next time I am there, I definitely want to make it a camping trip so we can sleep under the stars and wake up to enjoy the view at sunrise! August 8, 2015.

When I look back on my life, I think the two things that have kept me sane was my years as a surfer and now being able to ride 30 minutes north into the mountains and get lost in the scenery, the roar of the exhaust and the asphalt speeding by in a blur of grey, white, yellow and green. A tale coming to an end. End of season1 is finally here. No more battles, no more waiting, no more wondering. Long enough to make us get down to the everyday buisness and informal release of Magical Rooms has occupied our attention almost completely. But now it begins all over again! I hope season 2 will be smashing. Come on, life is good! My speec.
