Time to step up to the plate and work for my sobriety. Part of my pattern is to worry about situations too far in advance and not live in the present moment. I keep reminding myself that today is all I have to worry about, I will deal with tomorrow, tomorrow. Today I woke up sober and tonight I will go to bed sober.
