I noticed that the web site stated " Once I had a landed back in Panama City, I decided to try my luck with Uber since I felt that the city was safe." They also stated " Then the unthinkable happened, the same guy that I had hired as my private transfer to the airport a week ago showed up as my Uber driver. What are the odds of that happening?
