The site had the following in the homepage, "Been a while, but." I noticed that the web site stated " I will be going on annual leave soon! Hoping to go somewhere for a holiday." They also stated " I guess thats fine, Ill spend some time at home, cooking new risottos and maybe bake a couple of cupcakes! Welcome To The White Horse! The White Horse is a beautiful old pub sitting just on the edge of the Romney Marsh, just up from the royal military Canal. It has a fifty seater restaurant with inglenook fireplaces and beautiful stone floors. The White Horse specialises in unusual real ales served directly from the cask and has a selection of ciders including local brews. They also carry a good range of wines spirits and bottled beers. The White Horse Inn and Bunkhouse. The White Horse Inn is a quintessential Country Pub with great pub food, open fires, local ales and a warm welcome. Located just outside the picturesque village of Threlkeld at the foot of the Blencathra and Sharp Edge, it is ideal for trekking, with paths to the mountains immediately from the beer garden. Monday to Friday 12 - 2pm, 6 - 9pm. Saturday and Sunday - All DAY.

Welcome to the White Horse! Staff are friendly and food was lovely, would definitely recommend this place for a bite to eat and an evening drink at the bar. The staff were attentive and the food was great. Beautifully presented and very tasty! .
