The person I admire for her leadership was Sally Allred. In high school was my Typing 2 teacher and I also had her for shorthand, which honestly I sucked at. She always encouraged me and used humor in her classroom. She was always willing to stay and talk to students. She was the first teacher who let me be in the mentor role.
