My kitchen is boxed up. And will it be able to handle my Le Creuset pots? I did manage to squeeze one last meal out of whatever we had in the fridge. The onions were exceptionally strong. Need to finish up the alcohol as well. I do love a vermouth as an apertivo. I added the onions, spinach and orzo to the pot. Sauted salmon filets with garlic and shallots.
