Ja, kan väl inte säga att jag ligger på latsidan bara för att jag har semester! Lämnade barnen kl 8, åkte sen en snabbsväng till jobbet o efter det begav jag mig till gymmet. Löpbandet blandat gång o jogg i ca en kvart som uppvärmning, styrketräning 30 min o så en kvarts intervaller på löpbandet igen. Lithea o jag åkte ut till Pålur o myste o tog en ridtur, först i skogen sen på gräsplätten som finns där ute. Där blev det även lite barbacka-ridning.
