Monday, September 26, 2011. Skogen and Scott is officially relieved! Whew, I thought it would never happen but I buckled down and spent the last year writing, re-writing, formatting, defending, and publishing my dissertation.
Lena is officially a school girl now! First Day of School! We had an exciting morning getting the kids to their first day of school. Lena and her Zuckert ΓΌ. We made it up and around bright and early. Everyone is ready to go with plenty of time to spare! Our three school kids. Look at these funny characters.
Friends and family, strangers, random people who found us on the internet when you felt like baking and googled Toblerone Cake. We are moving up in the world! So we moved. We work so hard in all our jobs and of course on our dissertations too. So we were really ready for a long weekend - classes were cancelled for Columbus Day and we went to the zoo.
Monday, August 10, 2015. Discovering the volume knob on the CD-Player. Kaitlyn still loves riding in her stroller. She just figured out that she can sit in her stroller! A whole new experience! Still getting stuck places.
Wednesday, December 26, 2012. - Visit to the Schafhof. Zach and I got to visit the Stifter family at their farm. Leonie Braun was there as well and we got to see her and Caren take care of the horses. She did and I was able to ride her small pony for a while. The men were distracted by Fred the cat. Zach found a new friend.
Monday, August 19, 2013. Tyler started preschool last week. For his first day, Joey had to peel Tyler off his legs before he entered the class. At least he had bear to keep him company. When I picked him up, he was happily sitting at a table with a group of kids. The teacher reported that he did great! Thursday, August 1, 2013. Monday, July 29, 2013.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Heres our sad little wooden back door BEFORE." I noticed that the web site stated " It didnt latch and was very cracked and crooked." They also stated " It was the ugliest door in Greensboroand maybe also the least safe. We bought a new one several months ago, but we chickened out on installing it ourselves. So the new door just sat in our dining room propped up against a wall for 5 months haha, typical! Anyways, fast forward, the installer came this morning and heres the back door AFTER! Christmas snuck up on me again this year but we tried to jam in a little few little fun things here and there to get ready for old man Santa. Gracie has her very first Christmas program at after school. She did so so awesome and I had better photos but it was just hard to get them. She did her dance to the Chinese New Year portion of the program and she nailed it! My heart was so proud! Santa, I want for Christmas a Barb.
