A bright sunny day, with the sun warming every inch of my back and sparkling in my soul. How, on a day such as this, could we be sad or glum. Whatever the madness or gloom that rests on our shoulders, then a day such as this must make us see the bright and sunny side. Went for a little paddle in the sea this morning and found my feet most excited and refreshed. Perhaps I will slowly work my way up to ankles, knees and so onoh, what fun.
