Here we are discussing about the true journey of life and there solution. Dont close eyes in life judgement matters a lot. If u are going to judge anyone ,please judge yourself first. And when you judge your self you will realize that whose mistake it is. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. The day I started the Insanity workout I popped a rib out of place. After two days of laying in bed doing nothing and 3 expensive chiropractor visits I am back to normal and back to my normal workout plan. I am trying to keep the diet of the other program though.
