Fit, fabulous, fortyish! My thoughts are with the Boston Marathon. It is a sad day for all of us who love long distance running. You see the best in people at the marathon finish line. No degenerate will stop me from running. Some running friends advised me this was a great race for your first time marathon. Except for some highway ram.

The Adventures of Clark Kent and Wander Woman on the Appalachian Trail. The Appalachian Trail is a 2185. 9 mile long footpath stretching from Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mount Katahdin, Maine.
