Saturday, February 28, 2009. from the high paying, foreign investment bank, one of the most coveted jobs on campus. to a life of little money, relative obscurity. from the big city, thousand watering holes, 4 hour mediterranean brunches. to a smaller town, no watering holes, whats a mediterranean brunch, whats an investment bank? Retired. from analysing businesses built by others and commenting on their stocks, intellectual masturbation.

And life is just too complicated to write about these days. And then there are illnesses.

Friday, August 6, 2010. We are the masters of time! Eternity is nothing but the constant present. To capture the constant present and to hang on and become its master, as time and its meaning vanish away, is the purpose of such indulgences as thursday art night. To focus attention on experiencing the present moment springs us away and releases us from the traps of time . and thus the human spirit is freed to wander the plane of eternity by being lost in the constant present. Thursday Art Group is a community group based in Nottingham and meet every Thursday to enjoy the process of making work and exhibiting. We visit exhibitions, generate a vast amount of diverse and interesting work and have a great time. We are always open to new members and anyone who wants to access art on a drop in basis.
