Paint the Street and the Heidelberg Cultural Village are a form of Art, because they are a form of creative expression used to portray ideas and feelings so that others can relate. This form of art would not be art without community.
To solve a problem that smokers face when smoking outside of buildings. When people go out side to smoke, they usually put out their cigarettes on the wall closest to them.
