I love seeing gluten-free in the media. My little sister likes to decorate cakes and watches all those shows like cake boss and such. The lovely ladies SCRUBBED the kitchen, and made sure that they had nothing containing gluten around, and that there was no settled flour on any surfaces their utensils would touch.
