No diet just CLEAN EATING! I was indulging days after the wedding and now in just a blink of an eye, a month was over. I was telling people I LOVE EATING AND SO I WILL EAT! We all know very well where this is leading. After a month, I finally got around my recklessness and so I say, I will eat clean.
