Break dancers in Central Park. New York 30 Years Later. Some things have changed since I was last in New York City, 30 years ago. When we visited NYC this past autumn I was impressed by how clean the city is now, and also by the fact that people feel safe walking in the streets day and night. I was astonished to ride on a subway train with absolutely no graffiti. I could actually see out the windows. Amazing! Space that once housed bars and dance halls. You are a great city.

The last few days have been the hardest of my life. Since my last post, mum and I spent two more days in Florence. I would write about them now but with recent events my memories are scattered. I will one day go back to Europe. For now, there are far more important things. Florence; home of art.
