Sunday, 1 July 2012. Shortest walk today to find the first mile post at Preston Brook -. Preston Brook 0 Shardlow 92. Then went to the Bluebell Tea Rooms for Wimbledon Sponge and a pot of tea. It was abit worrying as heard myself say to Dave whilst looking at a canal map- the Cheshire Ring. mmmm 95 miles - perhaps I can do that next - am turning into the canal version of Forest Gump! Monday, July 13, 2015. I find that when I keep up with my blog, I am more apt to plan more outings for the kids, be a more purposeful Mom, provide enriching experiences and not take the easy route and just lounge at home. How can a kid appreciate a strawberry on their plate at lunch if they have never been to the patch and picked one off the tree? Why rob the kids the chance to split their peas from the pod fresh off the vine? Links to this post.
