Eu tento, a duras penas, manter uma alimentação adequada. Mas é importante salientar que eu NÃO ESTOU DE DIETA. Não quero emagrecer mais e não tenho problema nenhum com gluten, lactose, açucares etc. O café é adoçado com açucar.
