Wrong Yesterday, on my second-to-last rep on my last set, I pull a 155-lb deadlift and hear a pop-pop noise coming from my lumbar vertebra kinda similar to gears shifting in a bicycle.
Most of the time was spent on ring dips. Squats were getting hard by end, but did all unbroken.
5 min on Ol Yeller, goal was gauge above 4, but there was some slipping as my quads tuckered out. 10 minute bike, gauge above 3. 5 minute bike, gauge above 4.

For the cleans I need to work on speed in my elbows and continue to work flexibility in my shoulders.
I did 135-185-135 just to work on form.
