They also stated " We knew they were tearing out the ceilings in all the bathrooms in all apartments something about replacing the piping, which has caused numerous leaks and a mold problem in many of the 20 floors of our building. They were supposed to have done our apartment while we were gone and then had it cleaned. The workmen were supposed to come back the next day, but they werent there when we went up to forage for food."
