November seems to be a busy month for acts of sacrifice and discipline. Tim, Jennifer, James and other strong folks are trying a 30 day plank challenge. I always feel patriotic and proud on Election Day. I am grateful to live in a country where we can freely choose our leaders.

I took a ride to walmart about 6 miles. I locked up my bike and trailer and went shopping. When I went back to get my bike someone took my bike light. Jokes on them the light was broken. I HAVE HAD ANY MOTIVATION TO BIKE AT ALL. I AM WORKING ON LOSING WEIGHT AND SO FAR HAVE LOST ABOUT 25 POUNDS. I WILL KEEP IT UP AND WORK TO GET BACK ON MY BIKE.
