Trying to Get to Camp Abilities. Hi, My name is Cody Laplante. I am a senior in high school, ready to make the leap to college and I have decided to make a career. Out of teaching those who are visually impaired and blind. As someone who is visually impaired, I feel a deep connection with those who are blind. To expand my knowledge in the field, I am planning to be a volunteer counselor during the summer of 2012 at a camp for blind and visually impaired students.

Tuesday, March 25, 2014. I have been so busy I have not been able to post new recipes. I hope this summer to be able to post more! For now, a favorite recipe is roasted butternut squash. I usually buy the precut from Costco. I toss with coconut oil and some cinnamon, place a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30-60 minutes. I roast until tender, stirring a couple times while cooking.
