The site had the following in the homepage, "January 13 18Baby its Cold Outside." I noticed that the web site stated " I experimented with blurring the lights strung on a Christmas tree." They also stated " I took this picture because it reminded me of a bright idea someone may have. I was experimenting with making the image blurry on purpose.
