The site had the following in the homepage, "Compost May 27, 2012." I noticed that the web site stated " I have been trying to make compost on our balcony with varying degrees of success for the last 5 years." They also stated " The first time was the worst as it all got full of maggots and had to throw it away. I think Ive finally got a good method.
