Bicycling in northeast Indiana and other places. Saturday, November 23, 2013. Sitting here in the dark at 6pm, with heavy snow squalls and strong winds makes me wistful for the balmy, sunny days of summer. It has been such a great summer in NE Indiana - no extreme high temps, normal precip, normal winds. I have nurtured my delusion that I am a fast biker by joining a race team our local bike club sponsored for on.
Life at 15 miles per hour. It was the day I wrote my first blog article. I had enjoyed a kayaking blog. Written by my friend, Joel, and decided to give it a shot. The rest, as they say, is history. Truly, it was far more impactful on me personally than I ever imagined when I started writing.
I received official notification yesterday by email. This was a goal I established several years ago. I wanted this qualification by the time I was 60. I turn 60 next year.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Life and cycling in the Ozarks." I noticed that the web site stated " I know a lot of us have had nails or some type of spike through our tires." They also stated " I even save mine as some sort of trophy, Look at what I survived! 8221; But this last week I had a close call and was not aware of it until one of the fellows I work with called it to my attention. A nail through the inside edge of my right walking shoe. As I said, I did not know it had happened. The culprit now shares space with my other close calls."ANALYZE MORE BUSINESSES
I need to watch more movies. If I watch more movies I will become a more well rounded individual. I will create a list of movies to watch. I want to try and actively be happier for other people. Especially while watching the oscars.
