Walking all the Counties of Texas. I have been Volksmarching since 1993. I have 62 counties left at this time to complete my goal.
New Park Entrance above the flood plain. We went hunting for three letterboxes in the State Park. We found the concrete table on the clues with no problem. CCC built picnic table? We found the double trunked tree, but no letterbox. While looking around the area I found a Geocache behind a tree about 10 feet away. This could be the reason the letterbox went missing.
Our outdoor adventure today was to explore Mother Neff State Park to see if we could work out a new Volkmarching location for the Dallas Trekkers Walking Club. It was going to be a really hot day so we got there early. Looking back at car in parking lot. Heading out on park road. Sun is trying to come up. Sun streaks across the path.
