Many things have happened to me in my life. Had you asked me this time last year I would have told you that most of them were bad. But twelve months, hundreds of hours in the gym, pints of tears and a few anxiety attacks later, I can safely say that even the bad has been the good. Life is a challenge sent to test us. Yes it is difficult, it can be almost unbearable at times but eventually, you come to realise that the results were worth the work.
