Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Fried fish bits and yuca. Yuca is a delicious potato like plant. More fried fish bits with beans and rice. They grow a lot of rice on the slopes near the river. The Uganda Bikers was founded to promote the enjoyment of owning and riding motorcycles. Our current mission is to raise funds for a local grassroots charity providing services such as healthcare and education to AIDs orphans. At the same time we promote awareness of road safety while exploring the many scenic roads of Uganda and other African destinations. We recognize the needs of the community in which we live and ride, therefore, we volunteer o.
