Over these couple of months, this module has helped me gain a better understanding of the value of effective communications and the skills that enable good communication. Now, I am able to relate the importance of effective communication skills in more specific areas such as interpersonal or intercultural interactions or scenarios. Furthermore, I have also understood that effective communication is benefic.
