Saturday, January 12, 2013. The temps started around 20. By the time we finished, it was down to 18. The wind was brisk and we stayed in the trees for the most part. We did about 4 miles or so, saw 4 other runners - all going much faster than I. The other 4 people appeared to have regular running trail shoes. Thursday, August 16, 2012.
