Silly ramblings from a silly person. And, yes, I am crazy. Me, myself and I. In August of 2012, I had a realization. It was one of those epiphany moments where music played, the camera zoomed in, and someone with an incredibly deep voice began narrating in my head. It was the start of my journey to lose weight.

The site had the following in the homepage, "I grabbed the little guys sweaty palm and brushed a couple of pop tart crumbs off the Jeff Gordon t-shirt." I noticed that the web site stated " We walk through the doors and introduce ourselves to the Pre-school teacher." They also stated " She leads him to a little table full of coloring papers and crayons. I pat the little guy on the head and say, See you later, bud. Have fun! I was not sad to see my son start kindergarten. I was not sad when my son started middle school."ANALYZE MORE BUSINESSES
Got my frank underwood on at my first GOrow class this morning. And instead of rushing home after class, i grabbed a coffee, headed to my favorite spot, launched my Headspace app, and took ten minutes to be still, breathe, and relax.
