They also stated " Being vegan can be a very expensive lifestyle if you allow it. But it need not be, especially when you are feeling the pinch and need to save a little money. Many recipes call for expensive ingredients such as saffron, all manner of exotic fruits and vegetables, and processed vegan meats.
