Today there are lots of editing apps out there to choose from to tweak your images in any way you wish. I will show you three apps that I used to change the look of one of my photos. Here is a little demo of a Onone Plug-in for photoshop, Perfect Effects 4. I will explain in more detail how to do this on another post.
