We have now arrived back in the UK after spending the last few days in New York. Managed to catch the start of one of the legs of the Clipper round the world yacht race from the marina next to the only RV site in New York that we were camped out in. The weather has been really beautiful over the past weeks with lots of sun and a nice breeze which helps with the soaring tempera.

A week ago, I was gung-ho to try to test myself about my school schedule. I added a full course load, taking two graduate level classes, three online classes, and one class with a volunteer aspect to it. Then I second guessed myself, and I dropped the harder graduate level class. I feel pretty good about it though. I decided to eat healthier, count calories. I went to bulk grocery stores and bought produce and chicken and rice. One absolute success is that of today, I have gone 26 .
