Mein Weg zum Vienna City Marathon 2010. So, dass wird heute mein letzter Eintrag in diesem Blog. Ich hab mal alle Einheiten zusammengerechnet und werde hier mal noch das Ergebnis posten. Insgesamt bin ich meiner Vorbereitung incl. dem Marathon im Zeitraum vom 20. Die zweit meisten Kilometer bin auf der Donauinsel und im Prater gelaufen. Insgesamt 154,46 km in 15h 56min 09sec.
