Sunday, August 2, 2015. In January we took a hike up to Bridal Veil Falls. It was a bit chilly, but kind of fun to see the frozen parts of the waterfall. The pathway was pretty icy and slippery. There was a lot of hand holding to keep the smaller boys from falling. Jude needed a piggy back on the way down, because he was so. After some ice thawed out, we found this rose by our rain gutter. It was naturally freeze dried! Gage with some of his fellow Cub Scouts.

We get the chance to recognise different types of herbs from their physical appearance and fragrance. The water sprinkler system sounds easier than when we did.
