Sunday, October 24, 2010. Here I am at home and wondering why I am not walking to San Diego! Donna and I were together all last week and I certainly do miss her. We shared so many family stories. It was my great joy to get to know her better. Saturday, October 23, 2010. DAY SIX - SAN DIEGO VA! Donna and I were excited and made very good time. We were surprised to find quite a few people at the VA to greet us with applause, balloons, lunch and hugs.

I had a fantastic journey and I will have some great memories to look back on. So what now for me? I will be going home to Austria on Wednesday and from there I will be looking for some work while hopefully being able to help my parents out a bit wit.
